Description
Salvador Sebastian Alvarez Arabica №75 by BUNO – A Refined Journey into the Heart of El Salvador's Volcanic Slopes
Dreaming of coffee that amazes with its complex bouquet and fills you with inspiration? Salvador Sebastian Alvarez Arabica №75 by BUNO is crafted for those seeking a rare, elegant tasting experience without unnecessary bitterness. Grown in high altitudes and processed naturally, this coffee unveils a full palette of fruity and chocolatey notes in every cup. Choose the grind that suits you and enjoy professional quality at home or in a café.
Exquisite Flavor with Notes of Apricot and Chocolate
With the first sip, you encounter the juicy apricot, gently enveloped by a nutty smoothness, leaving a velvet chocolate finish with a subtle hint of alcohol. This flavor spectrum unfolds thanks to carefully selected roasting. The moderate acidity makes the drink vibrant but not harsh, allowing you to enjoy a perfectly balanced experience. Regardless of the brewing method, the bouquet remains cohesive and multifaceted.
Volcanic Origin for a Balanced Cup
The coffee trees thrive on the mineral-rich slopes of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec volcanoes. The volcanic soil imparts a natural sweetness and density to the beans, evident in every sip. Shade trees slow the maturation of the berries, allowing them to accumulate more sugar and aromatic compounds. As a result, you get a cup with a clean profile and a long, warm aftertaste.
Espresso Roast – Universal Delight
The medium espresso roast brings out the beans' natural sugars, delivering a velvety body and pronounced aroma. This coffee performs perfectly in an espresso machine yet retains its brightness in alternative brewing methods. Enjoy a lasting crema, a clean profile, and aromatic depth without excessive burnt notes – exactly what's needed for a daily quality coffee ritual.
Grind for Any Brewing Method
Cup, espresso, filter, Moka pot, or cezve – choose the grind that matches your equipment and mood. The optimal medium grind maintains extraction balance, highlighting each brewing method's unique flavor aspects. The flexibility of grind choice makes this coffee a versatile solution for home, office, or travel, giving you full control over the drink's taste and intensity.
