General Provisions

1.1. This offer is the official proposal of «buno.com.ua», hereinafter referred to as the «Seller», to enter into a Distance Sale Purchase Agreement, that is, through an online store, hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement», and is placing the Public Offer (proposal) on the official website of the Seller «https://buno.com.ua/» (hereinafter - «Website»).

1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the Seller's proposal (acceptance) to enter into the electronic sale and purchase agreement is deemed to be the moment the Buyer pays for the order under the terms of this Agreement, within the time frame and at the prices specified on the Seller's Website.

Definitions

2.1. In this offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the terms below are defined as follows:

  • «Goods» - models, accessories, components, and accompanying items;
  • «Online store» - according to the Law of Ukraine on "electronic commerce", a means for presenting or selling goods, work, or services through making an electronic deal;
  • «Seller» - the company that sells goods presented on the Website;
  • «Buyer» - a natural person who has entered into the Agreement with the Seller under the terms set forth below;
  • «Order» - the selection of individual items from the list of goods specified by the Buyer when placing the order and making the payment.

Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement governs the sale and purchase of goods in the online store, including:

  • voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer in the online store;
  • independent placement of the order by the Buyer in the online store;
  • payment by the Buyer for the order placed in the online store;
  • processing and delivery of the order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.

Order Placement Procedure

4.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Website of the Online Store and available.

4.2. Each item can be represented in the order in any quantity.

4.3. If the goods are out of stock, the company's Manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or email).

4.4. In case the goods are unavailable, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, refuse the product, or cancel the order.

Order Payment Procedure

Cash on delivery

5.1. Payment is made upon receipt of the goods at the courier company's office by cash in hryvnias.

5.2. If the funds are not received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.

Non-cash payment

6.1. Payment is made in hryvnias, by transfer to the corporate bank card, before receiving the goods.

6.2. Payment is made in hryvnias, by transfer to the checking account, before receiving the goods.

6.3. If the funds are not received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.

Order Delivery Conditions

7.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the online store is carried out to the warehouses of courier companies, where orders are issued.

7.2. Along with the order, the Buyer is provided with documents in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1. The Seller has the right:

  • to unilaterally terminate the provision of services under this agreement in case of the Buyer's breach of the terms of this agreement.

8.2. The Buyer is obliged:

  • to timely pay for and receive the order under the terms of this agreement.

8.3. The Buyer has the right:

  • to place an order in the online store;
  • to form an electronic contract;
  • to demand performance of the terms of this Agreement from the Seller.

Liability of the Parties

9.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of the terms of this agreement in the manner provided for by this agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine.

  • The Seller is not responsible for changes in the appearance of the Goods made by the manufacturer;
  • for slight discrepancies in the color gamut of the product, which may differ from the original product exclusively due to different color transmission of monitors;
  • for delays and interruptions in providing Services;
  • for unlawful illegal actions carried out by the Buyer using this access to the Internet;
  • for transmitting their network identifiers to third parties by the Buyer.

Other Conditions

10.1. The online store reserves the right to make changes to this agreement provided that they are published on the website https://buno.com.ua.

Procedure for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

11.1. The return of goods to the online store is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

11.2. The return of goods to the online store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

Term of the Agreement

12.1. The electronic contract is considered concluded from the moment of receiving the response about acceptance of the proposal in the order specified by part six of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
