Course Instructor: Kateryna Taranyuk
With over 8 years of experience in the field. A member of the Specialty Coffee Association, holder of the SCA Sensory Intermediate certificate, participant in national Brewers Cup and Cuptasting championships, judge at national Brewers Cup and Coffee Roasting championships. Thanks to her education in food technology, Kateryna has an in-depth knowledge of the chemical, physical, and biological processes that occur during coffee brewing. She can provide course participants with a comprehensive view of the art of coffee making. Our trainer's favorite phrase: "Numbers don't have taste." At our coffee school, you won't be forced to learn "25 grams in 25 seconds." Our team's goal is to teach everyone fundamental coffee preparation knowledge and how to apply it in any situation.
