Discover the True Taste of El Salvador
Uncover the genuine flavor of El Salvador with our Salvador Apaneca variety, embodying the richness and traditions of the coffee culture in this small yet incredibly beautiful Central American country. Coffee has deep roots in El Salvador, dating back to the late 1880s when it became the country's primary export, effectively replacing indigo. Today, coffee is an integral part of the national identity and economy.
Grown in a Prestigious Region
Our Salvador Apaneca is cultivated in one of the most prestigious coffee regions—the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range. Located in western El Salvador, this region is distinguished by altitudes ranging from 500 to 2365 meters. Its unique features include proximity to the famous Santa Ana Volcano and a significant number of renowned farming estates. Here, at an altitude of 1400 meters, coffee is grown on fertile volcanic soils, ensuring high-quality beans.
A Multi-Faceted Flavor
The taste of this variety is strikingly multifaceted: you'll experience bright notes of gooseberry, roasted peanuts, and a subtle lemon hint that adds freshness. Salvador Apaneca undergoes a washed processing method that enhances the purity of its flavor, making it an ideal choice for coffee enthusiasts.
Cultural Heritage of El Salvador
El Salvador is not just about excellent coffee; it also boasts a rich cultural heritage. Each cup of Salvador Apaneca tells a story, enriched by the passionate environment where this coffee is grown.
