Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Guarantee

In accordance with the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to exchange a product for a similar one within 14 days if it does not suit them due to its shape, size, or other reasons, provided that it retains its original appearance, labels, and proof of purchase. Other food products and products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange as per the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution dated March 19, 1994, No. 172.
Return Conditions:
A product may be returned only in the following cases:
- You have received a product that does not match your order (packing error).
- The product has visible defects, damages, or an expired best before date. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide:
- Photos of the product that demonstrate the mismatch or defect.
- The order number and a description of the issue.
Limitations on Returns:
Ground coffee cannot be returned or exchanged in the following circumstances:
- An incorrect selection made by the customer (for example, choosing the wrong grind size or type of coffee).
