Delivery Conditions:

  • Free delivery for orders over 1,500 hryvnias to local branches of Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta throughout Ukraine, including Kyiv (including discounts).
  • Free home delivery for orders over 2,000 hryvnias throughout Ukraine, including Kyiv (including discounts).
  • Delivery fees for orders up to 1,500 hryvnias (to Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta branches) and up to 2,000 hryvnias (to home addresses) throughout Ukraine and Kyiv are payable by the recipient according to the carrier's tariffs (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta).
  • Shipments via Ukrposhta are made three times a week: on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Orders are accepted and processed daily from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • All orders received by 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the day of order placement.
  • During promotional periods, due to increased warehouse load, order processing and dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
  • The delivery timeline depends on the logistics company (Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta).
  • Automatic return of orders occurs 7 days after dispatch.

Self-Pickup

You can arrange to pick up your order in person in Kyiv at the following address by prior arrangement: 40 Volynska Street, Solomianskyi District (near Sevastopolska Square and Kyiv-Zhuliany Airport).

  • Cash on Delivery

    As per postal service rates:

    Nova Poshta: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.

    Ukrposhta: approximately 2% of the transfer amount (depends on the order amount).

  • Payment for Legal Entities

    No Commission

    Non-cash payment for LLCs and sole proprietorships. If you wish to pay for your order via bank transfer, we will issue an invoice and provide all primary documents along with your order.

Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and flavor of our coffee. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will resolve them promptly. The most convenient way to reach us is through our Telegram channel.

In accordance with the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to exchange a product for a similar one within 14 days if it does not suit them due to its shape, size, or other reasons, provided that it retains its original appearance, labels, and proof of purchase. Other food products and products of proper quality are not eligible for return or exchange as per the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution dated March 19, 1994, No. 172.

Return Conditions:

A product may be returned only in the following cases:

  • You have received a product that does not match your order (packing error).
  • The product has visible defects, damages, or an expired best before date. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide:
    • Photos of the product that demonstrate the mismatch or defect.
    • The order number and a description of the issue.

Limitations on Returns:

Ground coffee cannot be returned or exchanged in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect selection made by the customer (for example, choosing the wrong grind size or type of coffee).
