The Peru El Cementerio coffee variety is an exquisite coffee grown on the El Cementerio farm, located in the provinces of Callayuc and Cutervo in Cajamarca, the third-largest coffee region in northern Peru. This coffee comes from one of over 300 small farms supported by the local organization Aromas del Valle, founded in 2015 by entrepreneurs Merly Cruz Rivera and Ivan Cruz Rivera.

This coffee is cultivated at an altitude of 1890 meters above sea level.
